About This Role
Manage FreshLab's end-to-end supply chain including raw materials (bentonite, extracts), monthly delivery cycles, and logistics for Fresh-Egg, Fresh-Pouch, and Fresh-Fan product lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with raw material suppliers
- Optimize monthly delivery cycles and inventory levels
- Coordinate logistics across EU distribution network
- Forecast demand and plan production requirements
- Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing
- Implement supply chain tracking and reporting systems
Requirements
- 5+ years supply chain management experience
- Experience with perishable goods or B2B logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency with supply chain management software
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Northern Italy
Nice to Have
- Experience in biotech or agricultural supply chains
- APICS or similar supply chain certification
- Knowledge of EU import/export regulations
