About This Role
Join our sales team to build partnerships with agricultural producers, exporters, and retailers across Italy and the broader EU market. You'll demonstrate product ROI on spoilage reduction and close deals with cooperatives and logistics firms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects in fresh produce industry
- Conduct product demonstrations and pilot programs
- Build relationships with cooperatives, exporters, and retailers
- Negotiate contracts and close enterprise deals
- Track and report on sales pipeline and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in agritech or food industry
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Strong network in Italian/EU agricultural sector
- Experience with technical product demonstrations
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to agricultural cooperatives
- Understanding of cold chain logistics
- Additional EU languages (Spanish, French, German)
