About This Role
Lead FreshLab's pilot program initiatives, working directly with B2B prospects to design, execute, and measure trial deployments. You'll be the bridge between sales and operations, ensuring pilots deliver measurable results that convert to full contracts.
Responsibilities
- Design pilot program frameworks for different customer segments
- Coordinate pilot deployments with operations and logistics teams
- Track and measure pilot results (spoilage reduction, ROI metrics)
- Build compelling case studies from successful pilots
- Train customers on product usage and best practices
- Provide feedback to product team for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, pilot management, or technical sales
- Experience running B2B trials or proof-of-concept programs
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting results
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (30-40%)
Nice to Have
- Background in agritech, food industry, or cold chain
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile)
